The outer cover is made of hand-woven Belgian damask in a refined viscose-linen blend. Belgian damask has been renowned for generations for its exceptional density and durability, while the blend of viscose and linen ensures a pleasantly cool and soft feel against the skin. The material breathes well and retains its shape and texture even after years of intensive use.

Underneath is a generous comfort layer of premium Swiss merino wool combined with fine silk. Merino wool is naturally temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking, ensuring that the body always remains at the right temperature, both in summer and winter. The silk adds an extra dimension of softness and naturally enhances the sleeping experience.

At the heart of the comfort system are two layers of latex that complement each other perfectly. A layer of molded natural latex, produced using the labor-intensive Talalay process, offers exceptionally supple support that conforms to the body. Talalay latex is known for its open, airy cell structure, which ensures excellent ventilation and a consistent feel across the entire sleeping surface. Beneath that, a climate-regulating open-cell latex layer provides additional resilience and actively promotes air circulation throughout the mattress. A jute interlayer separates the latex zone from the spring core and adds structure and extra breathability to the overall construction.

The core of the mattress consists of an advanced multi-zone pocket spring construction. The specially designed soft shoulder region gradually reduces resistance, allowing the shoulders and upper back to sink in freely without counterpressure—essential for a relaxed side-sleeping position and a neutral spinal alignment. The firm base springs beneath provide fundamental support for the body and ensure that the mattress retains its properties throughout its entire lifespan.
